We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Web Site is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes, which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Registration:

In order to buy any product from our website www.drayurveda.co.uk, you need to register with us. Registration form is very simple, requires your basic information, Name, Email, Phone, Address and date of birth to make sure that you are over the age of eighteen. 

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Password & Security:

When you register with eveda.co.uk, you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other security information related to your account. 

You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not use the account or password of someone else at any time. You will immediately notify Eveda of any unauthorized use of Member's password, e-mail, or any other breach of security. 

Eveda will not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your account or your password, either with or without your knowledge. 

Order and Payment:

Once you checkout and completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also check your order in my orders section.

We accept Payment by Debit/credit card or PayPal. The payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site as well. 

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order by sending us an email from your registered email at info@eveda.co.uk; at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. In email you should state your name order number and give the reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at DrAyurveda Herbal Store Ltd 145 High Street, West Bromwich B706NY, United Kingdom. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.

You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Refund:

If you cancel your order before we dispatched it, you are entitled to have full refund.

If you cancel your order that we have dispatched, you are entitled to have full refund excluding delivery charges after we received the order back.

Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method within 7 – 10 working days

Amendments:

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration and on the website. The changes will apply to the use of the eveda.co.uk after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the eveda.co.uk, if you continue to use the eveda.co.uk after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the eveda.co.uk indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
